How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.Please note: Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. The fulfillment averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days. Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. Is my country available for shipping?

We ship to anywhere on the globe. Orders placed in countries outside the contiguous United States or Canada, may require additional information at checkout, verification during order processing and may take longer to be dispatched. All domestic orders ship FedEx and international orders will ship via DHL. At this time, we ship to APO addresses or P.O. boxes. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to Ukraine and Russia as many services havebeen suspended within the region.

I don’t have my return form, what do I do?

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot issue refunds to multiple credit cards or other accounts. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays.You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place.Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account. Will you restock items?

Back-Order items are products that are currently out of stock and not immediately available. Estimated time frames are indicated on the product detail page and may take several weeks, potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated. You may always return an item or cancel your Back-Order based on our Online Return Policy, and you will only be charged at the time of shipment. What if I don’t receive my product?

Sometimes the following situations can occur with deliveries marked as delivered:•   A neighbor, roommate or maybe the doormen in your building may have accepted the package on your behalf•   The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen•   The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advanceIf you still can’t find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address. If the package hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, please reach out to with your order number and we can help you file a claim with Fedex. Disclaimer: FedEx can take up to 10 to 15 business days to process a claim. We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, delayed or damaged packages.
